We’ve had a classic cheesy penne & cheese on our menu for many years, but this is the first attempt on a vegan cashew-based version of bechamel! Give it a try and let us know what you think!

For example, our chickpeas come from Haricot Farms, a farm in Quincy, Washington - an operation that prides itself with its incredible sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. We love keeping the support local and the ingredients fresh as possible!

Radicchio, romaine, and baby kale tossed in house made tahini lemon dressing- topped with radish, raw pepitas and shaved parmesan. Available vegan without the parmesan.
Perfect as an appetizer, or as a side to any a la carte menu item!
TRIVIA TIIIIIME!! Trivia by @headinthecloudstrivia starts at 7pm (on Mondays!!) - Classic trivia rounds, but also music/audio rounds, and visual rounds for the teammates with a sharp eye! 1st prize gets a $50 gift card, 2nd gets a $25 gift card. There might be a surprise last place prize as well… guess you’ll have to come and find out! It’s a blast!

Homage to the iconic Seattle vegan restaurant-- The Globe!!
