Oak’s popular Fried Chicken Kale Caesar just had a little upgrade! We had been using baby kale, but now we are using lush curly kale, which is massaged and thinly sliced before mixed with fresh romaine. Just when we thought this dish couldn’t get any heartier!! Such a satisfying meal through and through! (🌱vegan and vegetarian versions available using @rebellyous vegan tenders!)

Sooooo the construction story continues! Now we have beautiful new sidewalks out front! However, in a few weeks, there are plans to start re-paving Beacon Ave. so putting together our roadside sidewalk cafe (permanent!) structure will have to wait! Until then, this is our place-holder; and while it’s not great for rainy days, it’s perfect for those special sunny afternoons we get here and there! 😎
