We had been using baby kale, but now we are using lush curly kale, which is massaged and thinly sliced before mixed with fresh romaine. Just when we thought this dish couldn’t get any heartier!! Such a satisfying meal through and through! (🌱vegan and vegetarian versions available using @rebellyous vegan tenders!)
