Oak’s staff summer vacation begins tomorrow (Saturday, July 1st), so come through and get your Oak fix tonight!! We will be closed from Saturday, July 1st through Monday, July 10th, open again for regular hours on Tuesday, July 11th!

Little Bingo PSA here! We have been doing Bingo every third Wednesday, but we’re moving it out a week — it was too much to smash into one week with Trivia on Monday and Valentine’s Dinner last night 😅….but Boots will be at the Bingo helm next Wednesday, the 22nd to facilitate all the fun!!

We are finally going to achieve a goal we have been working towards since late 2021 - being open for business 7 days a week!!! This is the last Sunday we will be closed - next weekend (starting the 22nd) we will be open for Sunday dinner service, open at 4pm!! Wahooo!!

Oak’s Thanksgiving tradition is back on the menu for November— “The Globe” special, paying homage to The Globe, which was a well-loved vegan institution in its day (ifykyk). “The Globe” consists of an open-face sandwich, toasted sourdough bread with marinated and grilled tofu on top, smothered with The Globe (Restaurant) inspired mushroom gravy, with a side of mashed potatoes with more of that decadent gravy, and a side of cranberry sauce. Totally vegan and totally delicious!! 😋
This understated beauty is our new house batched cocktail the “Winter Aloha”. We started by coconut oil fat washing a dark rum and making a delicate lime-banana sacchrum syrup, we added a touch of winter with St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram and local Brovo dry curaçao. Stirred to perfect chilledness and finished with a lime wheel!
