The globe special

Oak’s Thanksgiving tradition is back on the menu for November— “The Globe” special, paying homage to The Globe, which was a well-loved vegan institution in its day (ifykyk). “The Globe” consists of an open-face sandwich, toasted sourdough bread with marinated and grilled tofu on top, smothered with The Globe (Restaurant) inspired mushroom gravy, with a side of mashed potatoes with more of that decadent gravy, and a side of cranberry sauce. Totally vegan and totally delicious!! 😋
