Since the birth of Oak, we are constantly seeking out new vegan product and trying to find ways to put them on our menu for you to try! We have some really great vegan products from both Fieldroast and Rebellyous foods on our menu - now we welcome the newest plant-based “meat” product, TiNDLE! We are now featuring their crispy plant-based patty on a re-vamp of our vegan Phishwitch sandwich with pepperoncini coleslaw, Oak’s vegan caper-dill tartar, a spread of vegenaise, and arugula. Swing by Oak and give this tasty morsel a try!!

The pandemic was rough… and recovering as a small indie restaurant to a place where we could once again offer a Happy Hour was a feat in itself! But here we are at last! Come on in from 4pm to 6pm and then again from 10pm to midnight for screamin’ deals on adult beverages! 🍸🍺🥃🍷

Guess what’s FINALLY back on the menu?!?! Heck yeah, it’s the Peanut Butter & Chocolate “Custard”!! This decadent treat is all the deliciousness (maybe more!!!) of a classic custard or pudding, but without the eggs/gluten/dairy! You don’t have to be gluten-free or vegan to appreciate how ridiculously yummy this is though! 😋😋😋

We are taking baby steps towards being back open 4pm to 1am, 7 days a week. First baby step - opening at 4pm instead of 5pm! We know some of you have a family to get home to, but might need a little post-work snack or drink on your walk home from the lightrail or bus stop. Hopefully this gives you a better window to slip in for a moment of decompression before heading home! 😌🥃🍷

Introducing… Oakzilla! 

This massive and massively delicious special is intended to showcase our new beef provider - Royal Ranch from Washington’s Columbia Basin! 

We are very excited to team up with Royal Ranch we to bring local, responsible, and ethical product to Oak’s tables. Royal Ranch is a family-owned operation, and they are proud of their carbon neutral regenerative ranching, totally hormone and antibiotic-free, and they boast of their high-touch animal care and nutrition. 

The Oakzilla consists of two 1/3 lbs Royal Ranch beef patties, with aged white cheddar, Oak’s garlic chipotle aioli and arugula, topped with crispy onion and jalapeño pieces for a delightful crunch. 

Pack up your appetite and head on over to Oak!

Hi Seattle! Yesterday’s sneak peek into summer nights has brought something to light… it’s time to expand the Oak family!! The patio seating, the bar, and the dining room were full of lovely folks ready to enjoy the fares of Oak.

We have been rocking a skeleton crew since reopening, always being cautious with the unpredictability in business caused by the pandemic. But the last few weeks leading up to now have shown that y’all are ready to pack the house -and the patio- once more!

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!! If you find yourself celebrating at Oak, try out this GREEN beer!! From Evil Twin Brewing, this is a Blue-Raspberry Sour IPA! The name may make you think it might be too sweet for you, but think again! You’d be surprised! Give it a try! We also have Tall cans of Guinness, Jameson whiskey, and Irish Death Stout on draft. Cheers! ☘️💚☘️

Oak’s cocktail menu (Oaktails 😛) has been getting a remodel! We are refreshing options just in time for Spring - THE ultimate time of renewal! 🌳🌷🌦Here you see “Penicillin” - Benriach 10 year scotch, ginger liqueur, lemon, and agave, served on the rocks. 😋

New buddy on the draft line! Cascade Lakes Brewing Company’s “Red Haze” - combines the malty characteristics and rich color of a red ale, with the hoppiness and opacity of a hazy beer, to create a balanced hazy red ale that is the perfect accompaniment to the warmer spring days ahead.

Oak’s rotating soup is Corn Chowder (vegan!) 🌽🍲. Soup is available by cup (6oz) or bowl (12oz) servings, or you can upgrade to a cup of soup on the side of your burger or sandwich instead of fries or salad.

Oak always has some great rotating draft beer options! Just tapped is Holy Mountain’s Kiln & Cone Pale Ale - This one is on the hoppy side, a lovely hybrid taste of IPA meets Pale Ale. 🍻
