Hi Seattle! Yesterday’s sneak peek into summer nights has brought something to light… it’s time to expand the Oak family!! The patio seating, the bar, and the dining room were full of lovely folks ready to enjoy the fares of Oak.

We have been rocking a skeleton crew since reopening, always being cautious with the unpredictability in business caused by the pandemic. But the last few weeks leading up to now have shown that y’all are ready to pack the house -and the patio- once more!

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!! If you find yourself celebrating at Oak, try out this GREEN beer!! From Evil Twin Brewing, this is a Blue-Raspberry Sour IPA! The name may make you think it might be too sweet for you, but think again! You’d be surprised! Give it a try! We also have Tall cans of Guinness, Jameson whiskey, and Irish Death Stout on draft. Oak’s cocktail menu (Oaktails 😛) has been getting a remodel! We are refreshing options just in time for Spring - THE ultimate time of renewal! 🌳🌷🌦Here you see “Penicillin” - Benriach 10 year scotch, ginger liqueur, lemon, and agave, served on the rocks. 😋

New buddy on the draft line! Cascade Lakes Brewing Company’s “Red Haze” - combines the malty characteristics and rich color of a red ale, with the hoppiness and opacity of a hazy beer, to create a balanced hazy red ale that is the perfect accompaniment to the warmer spring days ahead.

Oak’s rotating soup is Corn Chowder (vegan!) 🌽🍲. Soup is available by cup (6oz) or bowl (12oz) servings, or you can upgrade to a cup of soup on the side of your burger or sandwich instead of fries or salad.

Oak always has some great rotating draft beer options! Just tapped is Holy Mountain’s Kiln & Cone Pale Ale - This one is on the hoppy side, a lovely hybrid taste of IPA meets Pale Ale. 🍻

While many people are feeling more and more confident with indoor dining, there are still many of us that like to err on the side of caution. As we have tried to do throughout this entire pandemic, We here at Oak are doing our best to provide everyone who visits with a safe and comfortable space to enjoy a meal or drinks out with friends and family.

There are four heated sheltered picnic tables that seat up to 8 folks, and they are now available for reservation! Get your crew together and try it out!

New burger special!! Now at Oak - The Poblano Burger- 1/3 lb Painted Hill’s beef Patty with a grilled poblano pepper, pepper jack cheese, and our house garlic chipotle aioli, served with tomato, onion, and arugula. Vegan (or vegetarian!) version available, subbing in a vegan Fieldroast patty and vegan mozzarella cheese! Yummy! 🍔🌶
