Our cocktail “Oak Manhattan” is delicious all year round, of course, BUT it especially hits all the right spots during the holiday season! Oak Manhattan is our spinoff of a classic Manhattan, substituting the traditional cherry with flavors of orange and hints of clove. If you’ve never tried, now is the perfect time to do so! 🎄
Oak just had the pleasure of hosting the month’s first big Holiday party in The Den this past weekend!
The Den is such a cozy space to have a private party! We have DJ kits and plug-ins for a curated music experience, a TV, and moody lights to tie it all together. Holiday disco ball? CHECK! 🎄🕺🏻✨
(Shoot us a DM for deets if you are interested in The Den)

Now at Oak - “The Question Remains” West Coast IPA from Old Stove Brewing. This beer is described as bright and slightly bitter with a fruit-forward focus. This is Old Stove’s annual fundraiser release, for which a portion of the proceeds are donated to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Happy Friday, come on by Oak and grab a pint. Or a bite. Or a cocktail. Or all three!
P.S. How incredibly adorable is Old Stove’s old stove tap handle?!?!? We love it!
It’s wet and cold out there— this weather calls for hot soup! Oak’s soup is Coconut Potato - a creamy, rich, coconut-milk based soup seasoned with thyme and garlic, topped with bacon bits and chives. The vegan version has bits of our house-made vegan tofu bacon. 🤤
‘Tis the season for Winter Spiced Ale! Now on draft at Oak - “Fireside Chat” from 21st Amendment Brewery 🍻
We had an exciting visit today at Oak from the providers of our ever-so popular Unity Vibration Kombucha Beer!
If you have never tried it, We currently have two flavors on draft - “Funky Ginger” and “Tart Raspberry”. They are super delicious; ask your server or bartender at Oak for a taste if you are skeptical about committing to a glass!
If you already are a fan of Unity Vibration Kombucha beer, you may be interested to know that we spoke of hosting a whole Unity Vibration event this Spring. Are you curious how it’s made? Would you be into a kombucha beer sampling and food pairing at Oak? If the interest is there, we can make this happen! Let us know!
In case you missed the memo on Friday, BAR IS OPEN!! Happy Humpday, come have a drink about it!

At Oak, we take pride in the food we serve. Any time we add an item to our menu, change an item, or serve a special, it is scrutinized by the Oak family first. If it’s delicious and passes the taste test, we then extend the items to our guests! Here’s a photo of our most recent Oak taste test. We debuted some new menu items tonight based on this tasting!
It’s Election Day! Oak is conveniently located just two blocks from Beacon Hill’s Ballot Drop Box at the library! Drop your ballot and head on over for a beer and some rainy day comfort food!
We hope you got a chance to visit while all the pumpkins were on display… but alas, many of them have already grown fur and have thus had to meet an early grave. 🎃☠️🎃 Maybe next year we’ll try one of those bleach-wash tricks to make our carved pumpkins last a little longer! Hedwig the skeleton is still holding down our Halloween scene with the remainder of the pumpkins. 😆 Happy Friday, go say hi to Hedwig and raid her candy stash!
After a couple years of having dormant party-mode… it was so great to get some of the Oak crew together for some pumpkin carving! Check out the results on display at Oak! Psssst….. if you’re around on Halloween, word is Hedwig the skeleton has a big ole candy stash with those who say the magic words….. 👻👻👻
Happy Friday!! Here’s one of Oak’s current specials - The Sloppy Lenny - using seasoned red lentils and sautéed mushrooms, one of our talented cooks has made a completely vegetable-based “sloppy joe” mix! Served with onions, sliced pickles, and our house-made chipotle aioli, and a side of fries or tossed greens. Yummo!
