We’ve expanded our outdoor seating options over the past couple of weeks... now we have a total of 7 tables, 3 of which can seat four! We’ve still got plenty of summer weather, and a lot of time for you to come by and have your chance to enjoy Oak’s drinks and food in the fresh air!
One of Oak’s amazing (and super talented!!) barbacks has the awesome privilege of playing his music this weekend at Hempfest, on Sunday the 18th. If you are an Oak regular, you probably already know that Leland is a gem of a person. If you are able, check him out at Hempfest on Sunday! Oak is rooting for him (and we know he’s going to nail it!)!

This tasty morsel is on Oak’s Specials Menu right now - The Organic Chicken Bahn Mi - Sandwich consisting of grilled organic Draper Valley chicken breast with hoisin barbecue sauce, arugula, and a medley of pickled vegetables, with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro! Vegan version available with a bbq grilled tofu cutlet. YUM!

Greetings friends! Don’t forget, tonight is the night Oak is showing the debates! 5pm-8pm - sound will be ON in The Den, subtitles on in the bar. Enjoy yourself in the midst of good company, good drinks, and good food whilst you watch the debates!
Oak will be showing the debates tomorrow night (Tuesday July 30th) and Wednesday night in the Den, with the sound on! 5pm to 8pm - enjoy food, drink, and good company at Oak while you watch the debates. The debates will also be played in the bar, no sound, but subtitles will be on, of course!
Oak has had the special privilege and honor of serving one of the few kegs made of Black Raven Brewery’s special limited beer, Corvus Frambicus, which is a delightful American raspberry sour. It is available until the keg is drained, so pop by and enjoy a glass - get the goodness before it’s gone!
Oak is serving our take on the summertime classic, Caprese Salad! Layered juicy vine ripened tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves, drizzled with Oak’s house-made balsamic reduction.
Now on Oak’s Specials menu: The Spicy Chicken Arugula Salad - arugula salad tossed in house-made lemon vinaigrette with shaved shallots, pickled Fresno chilis, and goat cheese, topped with Draper Valley organic chicken breast. Refreshing and tasteful, with bursts of spicy hot flavor!
On Oak’s Specials Menu currently: Pepita Pesto Penne - Penne pasta with homemade pepita-based pesto, fresh arugula, and cherry tomatoes garnished with shaved Parmesan. Without the Parmesan, this dish is totally vegan! Enhance your feast by adding organic grilled chicken or vegan tenders to the dish.
