Oak’s heartiest and popular dinner salad, The Kale Chicken Caesar, has many faces. Enjoy it with our delicious fried chicken, have it completely vegan with our house made faux-chicken tenders, or ask for it vegetarian style with shaved Parmesan atop the faux-chicken as is pictured here! Kelly, one of Oak’s owners, is a very talented artist. Amongst many of her original contributions to Oak’s unique and beautiful aesthetic are these two beautiful murals, paying tribute to all the natural beauty that surrounds the city of Seattle in our mountains and forests. This past weekend was quite eventful for Oak - we had the amazing pleasure of celebrating not one, but two birthdays of two very talented Beacon Hill chefs!! Bar Del Corso’s Mako and Oak’s Olivia both celebrated their birthdays at Oak and we all had SO MUCH FUN! Happy birthday to two of the most lovely people in the neighborhood! We love you! 

The pot still procedure for distilling liquor dates back to the end of the 15th century. Homage is paid to this timeless craft with Willett Pot Still Reserve.
